Weight Losing And Whole Body Working In Prone But Lifting




















This exercise is the best for weight loss. It is the special in lay down exercise. Prone lays, push-ups like body weight shifting from hands to elbows and from elbows to hands.
Need to don’t bends or straighten some joints which are basic mentioned below;
Ø  Knee joints
Ø  Hip joint which is work as hinge joint
Ø  All vertebral joints
Ø  Etcetera
Some joints which need to special bends or movements that mentioned below;
Ø  Phalangeal joints of feet of both sides right and left
Ø  Elbow joints of both sides right and left
Ø  Shoulder joints of both sides right and left
Ø  Wrist joints of both sides right and left

Face perfectly at downward but easily lifted for earth. Its mean it is special thing it is sensitive part of body like face not will touch on ground.
This exercise will obtain for you active as further, perfectly you will become health wealthy and wise.  

Force Acting Flexibility Increasing

























This exercise best for body warm up. Punches of hands attempting on sand bag. Force actually attempting for body active. Become the solid hands. Muscle working of both sides of whole upper limbs. Mind attachment with the punches that are the starting point of punch to attempting point which is the sand bag.

Perfect position:

The straighten joints are mentioned below;

Ø  Vertebral all joints

 Ø  Hip joints on both sides , right and left
 Ø  Knee joints of both sides, right and left
 Ø  Ankle joint normal but weight lifting of whole body because man in standing
Working on specific joints which are mentioned below;
  Ø  Shoulder joints moving one in flexion and other in hyper extension
  Ø  Wrist joint

This exercise is best for whole body stabilization. Force acting to maintain the body stands by on hip bone. Whole of the body weight acting. Muscles are working of whole lower limbs of both sides which are right and left. Mind level attachment with the our movement of body.

1st exercise:
Head and upper trunk straighten
Movement on shoulder joint and elbow joints of both sides are also.
Inner and medial rotation of both upper limbs.
That is good exercise for both upper and lower limbs fitness.
2nd exercise:
Just back of object is touching on ground
Legs cycling movement
Head moving on occipital joint
Elbows and wrist are stable
3rd exercise:
One step forward same time one backward likes walking style
Upper limbs of both side are stable its mean not moving just hanging
Head forward but not moving
Ear lobes aligned of shoulder
4th exercise:
Feet touching on ground but not moving its fixed
Ankle joint feet in palmer flexion
Knee in flexion
Hips joints are also in flexion
Lower trunk straighten but upper is bending forward
Head pushing forward by hands
Hands, wrist, elbows and shoulder fixed and stable
5th exercise:
Every hand touching on opposite feet
Ankle joint, knee joints stable
Abdomen part is moving forward on hip joints
6th exercise:
At sitting legs forward straighten
