This exercise best for body warm up. Punches of hands attempting on sand bag. Force actually attempting for body active. Become the solid hands. Muscle working of both sides of whole upper limbs. Mind attachment with the punches that are the starting point of punch to attempting point which is the sand bag.
The straighten joints are mentioned below;
Ø Vertebral all joints
Ø Hip joints on both sides , right and left
Ø Knee joints of
both sides, right and left
Ø Ankle joint
normal but weight lifting of whole body because man in standing
Working on specific joints which are mentioned below;
Ø Shoulder joints
moving one in flexion and other in hyper extension
Ø Wrist joint
Make body in shape by this exercise. Keep it ,work it, and
