This exercise is best for whole body stabilization. Force acting to maintain the body stands by on hip bone. Whole of the body weight acting. Muscles are working of whole lower limbs of both sides which are right and left. Mind level attachment with the our movement of body.
Perfect position:
The straighten joints are mentioned below;
Ø Vertebral joints
but not all
Ø Knee joints of
both sides, right and left
Ø Ankle joint
normal but weight lifting of whole body because man in standing
Working on specific joints which are mentioned below;
Ø Shoulder joints
moving one in flexion and other in hyper extension
Ø Wrist joint
Ø Hip joints on
both sides , right and left
Make body in shape by this exercise. Keep it, work it, and
